We got everything square the way, We got everything taken care of, so we can be back in the house here with you all, continue to build, continue to move forward, continuing to encourage, continuing to uplift, to continue to support, like we've done before in the like we've been doing since day one, like we'll continued to do from this day forward. So I'm glad to be back in the house with you all. I'm glad to be able to sit down and talk with you all again and just do whatever the Creator allows me to do to put me in a position to bring you all the best content that we possibly can't here at currently under construction. So listen, I want to talk to you all to day about second chances, third chances, possibly maybe four, fifth and six chances. We as human beings, we as people period, we have the tendency to make mistakes in life. Now we're all we know we're all prone to mistakes. Y'all heard me say this before I continue to

3:50 say it again. None of us are immune to the trials and tribulations of life, none of us, not one, not one, not one, no one is. We are all prone to mistakes. We are all prone to doing things that maybe out of our character. Maybe some people may think it's reprehensible. Some people may think that it is just flat out wrong. But whatever the case it is, we all have done it at some point or another in our lives, you know, whether we can think of it's something big, something small, something not so conducive, or whatever the case may be. But we all have done something, and everybody deserves a chance of redemption, a chance to prove themselves. And it is it is a shame, and it's the fact that some of us don't, in turn want to see that we in turn have the capacity and the unmitigated goal to hold a person's past or past mistakes over our head, over their heads. I was talking with a friend of mine about this just this week, and that's how you know, this topic came about for today's episode of Carl down the

5:21 Construction, because we as people, we somebody has done something or somebody has you know, been a certain way in their particular past, and we have and we will take that person's past and continue to hold them over the head, regardless if they move like we feel that they should move now, or they they've made a change in their lives and they're doing things, and they're doing things really positive, and God is beginning to move in their lives and whatnot. And we have the tendency to want to hold things that they've done in their past over their heads, you know, and it's it's sad that we've done that. Now. I can say this because I have been guilty of this before in the past myself. I'll be the first to point their own finger at me. I've done it before, and it's been done to me on so many different levels. But we have to get out of that mindset. That's just something that the enemy uses to continue to keep us divided.

6:26 But we have to get out of that mindset of you know, just because we don't know what this person is doing or this person, we may see that this person is doing better and and God are opening doors for them. We can't sit and think, you know, develop this notion in our mind. Oh they think that better than me. Well, I remember when they did X Y Z. Well, I remember that person to be on the corner selling Oh well, I remember when this person was a hormonger. I remember this person sit here and used to talk back to folks and used to want to fight and everything, and they will because you out So what if this is something that person used to do? So what we all have a past, we all are used to bese some of us are still ours, but we all have a past. But it's not our place to continue to try to hold whatever mistakes this person made over their heads because we don't understand the place, in the position that they're in right now. That's not our place to do. So it's not, if anything, we should be we should take the time to celebrate that person and their achievements and whatever they're doing or whatever changes that they've made. We should be celebrating them and saying,

7:59 hey, I like what you're doing right now. How can I be a part of that? How can I be any person doing what you're doing? How can I get that look that you have right now? Guess what we should be doing. But in say, it's so much easier to tear each other down. It's just so much easier to do so. And I have yet to still understand that. It's being something that I me never understand, But it's something that I hope that we as a people, as a community can and time rectify because it's destroying us. It is it is regardless or whatever a person has done in their lives. If there to the point, well, let me step Let me take a step back for a minute before I go. There of us do things wrong and we ask God to forgive us. Come on now, show of hands. How many of us have know that we've done and nord was wrong? Nor it was wrong.

9:22 It's three left feet and we ask the Most High to forgive us because his words says he'll forgive our sins, that he will take it and throw it in to see a forgetfulness. We want God to show us grace. So why is it so hard for us to show each other grace? Come on now, talk to me, cousins again, folks, why is that so hard? We want for God to forgive us. You know, each and every time that we've done something that's not that's that's that's not lining up with his words or with his what his his his what it is that he wants us to do in line with our lives. But it's so hard for us to do that with each other. We have to get out of that mind frame, cousins, and can focus. We have to that is that is again how the enemy is able to continue to get in on us, to be able to get in and keep us divided, to keep us mad at each other. In situations like that, we end up being mad at a

10:52 person and have him beef with him for nothing, for nothing, and that's crazy, that's crazy. We deserve better than that. You deserve better than that. We deserve better than to have that mindset, to be able to that negative mindset. And we got to shake back on that, Cousins again, folks, we got to shake back on that. We have to.

11:37 We owe it to ourselves, we owe it to each other as a whole, and we owe it to our futures to do better. Now, look, I'm I'm the last person to pink myself as an angel. Not I'm far from it. I'm as flowed as they come. I'm in the same boat with you all, cousins and king folks. Is a lot of things that I still need to do better, that I need to continue to try to line up with the most highs word and what it is that he wants for me. But he'd stay out work on that. I have to continue to work on that. So I'll be the first to throw throw that stone at myself up a point, a point, the other four fingers at myself.

12:35 But I love you all and I want the best for you all. I want us to continue to work together to help each other because we need each other. We need each other. Second chances come in so many different phonms. It doesn't even have to be personal relationships. It doesn't. It could be with a job that you have a second chance to be able to get this position that you want. It could be your education. You may not have gotten it before, but you have a second chance and another opportunity because the most highs to open this door for you to be able to get it. I know a lot of people that have been put in that position to do so. Myself almost high open a door for me a few years ago to be able to go back to school then get my BS and computer information systems with a concentration and cybersecurity. I'm supposed to graduate in five years.

14:01 I did it in three. But I can't take credit for that. Was the most high who you know, warranted me, who put me into position to be able to do so while working a full time job. And I'm grateful for that. I'm grateful for it because I got a second chance to go back and get that. Although I had the technical know how already being at a tech field for more than ten years, but still I had a second chance. There's old saying that life is a circle, and we've seen signs of that, music, clothing, sayings, whatever the case.

15:00 Maybe we see it go away and come back. It's a circle. We see people that we may have known in life and think we never see them among anymore, and we see them again several years later, and it's like nothing ever happened, nothing ever changed. At that time that you spend apart, it like nothing ever changed. The second chances come in so many different forms. Everybody is allowed to have one, but sometimes it's up to us to decide to take it, because there are even situations that the Most High gives us those second chances, and it's up to us to take it.

15:56 And sometimes we can get in our own way and miss it. Huh you hear me this thing on? Yeah, just making sure that you hear me, that you hear me clearly, because it's a kin folks. Sometimes we can get in our own way and miss up the second chances that the Most hi put us in position to do so to have let's not do that. Let's not make sure we put ourselves in that we get in our own way and prevent ourselves from getting that second chance that we may so rightfully deserve, or we've been put in a position to do it, and we get in our own way and don't grab hold of it, and then we've miss out on that opportunity. It's may be something that you've prayed for to be able to get that second chance to do so, don't miss ode on the cousins and king folks, and don't be too prideful to do it, to step out on the step out on faith and take that second chance. Don't be too prideful in doing it. Second chances, second chances. Sometimes it can become first chances, second chances, it can be sometimes become multiple chances.
